Terms of Service

✅ DO'S:
• Girls, Boys, Androgenous etc.
• Original characters
• Gaia Avatars
• NSFW
• Slight Gore
• Nekomimi, characters with animal ears etc.
• OCxCannon

❌ DONT'S:
• Elderly Characters
• Real People (t.g. given references as an irl image)
• Furies/anthro
• Heavy armour/Mecha
• Pets/Animals

PAYMENT:
• Payment through PayPal only.
• All prices in USD.
• You can pay upfront or 50% before I start and 50% after sketch.
• I will send you an invoice.
CORRECTIONS:
• I am only accepting up to 2 (max) corrections on SKETCH phase.
• I am only accepting up to 1 (max) corrections on FINAL phase.
• Any exceeding corrections will be charged additionally.
REFUNDS:
• Refunds are only allowed within the sketch phase of the commission
• I will deduct any money I received from the refund for the work I have already done.
• If unexpected circumstances arrive on my end and I need to refund before finishing the sketch, I will pay the price back in full.
DEADLINES:
• I do not do deadlines at all.
OWNERSHIP:
• Prices above are not commercial. Please add another note for commercial use so we can discuss the price in PMs!
• When using the model, please credit me by my Twitter @SabbyKimchi
• You own the model after I finish it, you may resell it if you wish (however, please credit my art when you do).
• I can use your model on my profile as portfolio work and examples.
